The SCTI Story

Our journey with Australian travellers began in April 2009 with the launch of our International Comprehensive travel insurance policy. Since then, we’ve provided peace of mind to thousands of explorers. As travel has evolved, so have we. We introduced our Domestic Travel Insurance in 2020 and our International Medical Only cover in 2022, adapting to meet Australian travellers’ needs.

At SCTI, we do things a little differently - we underwrite our own policies. This means you’re backed by SCTI from start to finish— without relying on a third party that most insurers use. 
 
By underwriting our own policies, we can offer you competitive prices on award-winning insurance. And if you need to make a claim, you can manage the entire process online, and even track your claim as it’s being assessed by one of our advisors.
